The Society was founded under the visionary leadership of Prof. M. S. Reddy, a globally respected scientist, educator, entrepreneur, and advocate of sustainable agriculture. With over four decades of experience spanning academia, industry, and international collaboration, Prof. Reddy has been a pioneer in the fields of PGPR, biological control, plant–microbe interactions, and BioAg technologies.

As Founder & Chairman, Prof. Reddy provides strategic vision, scientific leadership, and global outreach, guiding the Society's mission to translate cutting-edge research into farmer-centric, scalable solutions and to champion a Secondary Green Revolution driven by biology and sustainability.


Executive Committee (EC)

Strategic and Operational Leadership

The Executive Committee is the principal decision-making body of the Society, responsible for:

• Strategic planning and policy direction
• Oversight of conferences, chapters, and flagship initiatives
• Financial governance and organizational sustainability
• Membership growth and engagement
• Institutional partnerships and collaborations

The EC comprises senior scientists, academicians, industry leaders, and practitioners with deep expertise in PGPR, microbiomes, soil health, plant pathology, agronomy, biotechnology, and sustainable agriculture.


Advisory Board

Global Scientific and Policy Guidance

The Advisory Board consists of eminent national and international experts who provide:

To ensure localized engagement and impact, the Society operates through national and regional chapters, each led by designated chapter heads and committees. These leaders:

Facilitates collaboration with BioAg companies, startups, and CSR partners.

• Farmer Outreach & Capacity Building Committee

Designs farmer-centric programs, trainings, and initiatives such as the Maha Kisan Mela.

• Youth, Students & Women Engagement Committee

Encourages participation, leadership, and recognition of young scientists and women professionals.
